Sing From Your Heart

’twas written on the taganahata_chakra_by_zinka_d

of the Yogi Tea bag

as my day was to start:

“Sing from your heart!”

four simple words

that need to be heard

by you and me

to truly be

in the heart and above

is the divine known as love

the music of the spheres

all vibrations far and near

have been One from the start

so sing from your heart!

Thank you, Julianne! Love it 🙂

    • Thanks Amy! I have a question for you. If you read the post I just published about WP issues, your blog was the one I couldn’t leave a comment on today. Have others had trouble leaving comments for you? Have you had any of the other issues I’ve been experiencing?

      • Amy says:

I’m sorry I missed your comment. I don’t seem to have trouble to get comments from others. I just checked pending and spam, didn’t see your either. I wonder if I need to do anything from my site.

      • I don’t think it went through at all. I just kept getting a message that I could not post a comment. It was strange.

  3. You posted your wonderful poem on my granddaughters and my birthday! Even the heartbeats of singers synchronize when they singing together from the heart. Truly when you say “Sing from the heart” that is exactly what happens .— Bear

  5. Did you check out the Deva Premal mantra challenge. Linda thankfully sent me an invite. So beautiful. I will send it to you.

  6. Oh, nice. It is so light. I was just starting to feel a bit heavy, and it made me slip out of that. Glad I peeped in before turning off the computer. Namaste.

Simply delightful, thanks! PS. I also very much enjoyed your clearing post, although I haven´t commented it. It is always so fascinating how clever the dream world is. I admire your courage. Love, Deelia

  8. Brenda says:

Keeping your heart open and able to sing is key to a loving and happy life. Hey, you asked me a question about your kids book, putting it up on my site, and I forgot to answer– would have to read it first, but knowing you as I do, the answer is probably yes. 🙂 Namaste, Brenda

    • Cool! I just sent three more queries out. My plan is wait until late October, and then if no “yes” I’ll self-publish it to promote for the Holidays (it’s a Christmas-y fairy tale). I could send you a copy now if you like, or in October. It’s about 12,000 words.

  9. Deuphoria says:

I had to walk out of a church service today after the speaker said global warming didn’t matter, Jesus makes judgments at the end of your life about you and that tattoos were creepy. No the church was creepy. Spirituality is lacking from churches. Judgement and intolerance is so sad. Pretty poem. I like your posts.

    • Thank you. Sorry about your unpleasant church experience. We’re all on a journey of growth, even preachers, deacons, monks, etc.

      • Deuphoria says:

I was lucky for ten years to have a progressive place of meditation. I actually come from a Buddhist background, but in this town I live now, there is rarely anything like that. We all are on our way to the same place.
