My post below synchronistically goes along with the stillness that came up in this week’s oracle card reading…
Lisa and I are in the middle of Review VI in the Course, which consists of lessons 201-220. At the beginning and end of each of these 20 short review lessons is the mantra:
I am not a body. I am free.
For I am still as God created me.
As I’d read the lessons, I found I preferred to read this mantra out loud each time, just as I would sing other mantras that are part of my everyday life and spiritual practice, and in doing so I felt calm, peaceful, and eternal. In other words, still.
